 ’re with~ This class is a slow and gentle bodywork practice designed to 
 deepen your relationship with your body and shower yourself with love. Thi
 s class is not about yoga poses\; it is about using the tools of mindfulne
 ss\, awareness and somatic practices so that you can “tend and befriend
 ” your own physicality. You might consider it a sacred and beautiful mov
 ing ceremony honoring all that you are and all that is possible.\n\nDuring
  this class you will learn the sacred art of questioning as a powerful too
 l for your energy\, healing\, manifestation\, and embodiment practices.\n\
