DESCRIPTION:Come ignite your primal power and claim your embodied expressio
 n!\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nAs females\, we are feeling and moving a lot through our 
 bodies collectively right now and we are feeling the call to gather togeth
 er in sacred ways. Come give your beating heart and pounding power a place
  to flow as you learn how to sync the communication of your body with the 
 rhythmic resonance of your drum (or rattle.)\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nDuring this wor
 kshop\, you will be guided through a brief women's circle\, intention sett
 ing and embodiment practice. Then you will learn how to connect with your 
 own inner earth and let it speak through the expression of your drum. (No 
 drumming experience needed to attend this class. You must bring your own d
 rum or rattle.)\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nLet your body be your guide!\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nK
