SUMMARY:Drum Circle for Women
DESCRIPTION:Come ignite your primal power and claim your embodied expressio
 n!\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nAs females\, we are feeling and moving a lot through our 
 bodies collectively right now\, and we are feeling the call to gather toge
 ther in sacred ways. Come give your beating heart and pounding power a pla
 ce to flow as you learn how to sync the communication of your body with th
 e rhythmic resonance of your drum (or rattle.)\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nDuring this w
 orkshop\, you will be guided through a brief women's circle\, intention se
 tting and embodiment practice. Then you will learn how to connect with you
 r own inner earth and let it speak through the expression of your drum. (N
 o drumming experience needed to attend this class. You must bring your own
  drum or rattle.)\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nLet your body be your guide!\n\n&nbsp\;\n\
 nKrista is a Sacred Feminine Healer and Facilitator\, Niasziih Healing and
  Bodywork Practitioner and Shamanic Sound Healer passionate about bringing
  people together through sound\, movement\, contact\, intimacy and healing
  work.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n*Important Notes About This Event:\n\n1.) This circle

 of our circle\, this is also a 100% sober space. Please arrive sober (from
