DESCRIPTION:Come ignite your primal power and claim your embodied expressio
 n!\n\nAs women\, we are feeling and moving a lot through our bodies collec
 tively right now. Come give your beating heart and pounding power a place 
 to flow as you learn how to sync the communication of your body with the r
 hythmic resonance of your drum (or rattle.)\n\nDuring this workshop\, you 
 will be guided through a brief sharing circle\, intention setting and embo
 diment practice. Then you will learn how to connect with your own inner ea
 rth and let it speak through the expression of your drum. (No drumming exp
 erience needed to attend this class. You must bring your own drum or rattl
 e.)\n\nLet your body be your guide!\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nKrista is a Niasziih Hea
 ling Practitioner and Vocal Sound Healer passionate about bringing people 
 together through sound\, movement\, contact and healing work.\n\n&nbsp\;\n
