DESCRIPTION:Come ignite your primal power and claim your embodied expressio
 n!\n\nAs females\, we are feeling and moving a lot through our bodies coll
 ectively right now. Come give your beating heart and pounding power a plac
 e to flow as you learn how to sync the communication of your body with the
  rhythmic resonance of your drum (or rattle.)\n\nDuring this workshop\, yo
 u will be guided through a brief sharing circle\, intention setting and em
 bodiment practice. Then you will learn how to connect with your own inner 
 earth and let it speak through the expression of your drum. (No drumming e
 xperience needed to attend this class. You must bring your own drum or rat
