Ashley’s incredible ability to guide you into deeply releasing yin yoga poses will create the space for you to gradually release tension, stress and trauma stored in your body so that you may experience more ease and freedom mentally, emotionally and physically.
Krista’s unwavering ability to hold space while intuitively making contact through hands-on assists, her ethereal vocals, as well as energy healing will invite you to connect with the magnificence of your being so that you may experience a more supportive, reciprocal, embodied and soulful life.
Sara’s extensive knowledge of plants and magical way of being in relationship with herbs, will invite you into a new and mindful way of experiencing tea. You will be guided through a slow, tender and decadent ritual with tea while brewing your own embodied presence and curiosity.

Krista is a yoga teacher, Niasziih Healing Practitioner, Niasziih Bodywork Practitioner, energy and sound healer who is passionate about guiding us back home to our bodies so that we may experience deeper, more authentic, more intimate relationships and create enjoyable and fulfilling lives.
Ashley is a yoga therapist, yoga teacher and meditation teacher who is passionate about guiding others towards self-empowerment, personal growth, transformation and holistic well-being.
Sara K. Woll is an Herbalist and a Mindfulness Educator. She is passionate about deepening her relationship to plant kin and sharing with folks the healing, magic and wonder available to each of us.
Together, they are a dynamic trio focused on creating a culture of slowness, connection, embodiment and mindfulness.
