SUMMARY:Nervous System Reset + Sound Healing
DESCRIPTION:This class is designed to teach you ways to make contact with y
 our body and nervous system\, and guide you out of a state of stress and i
 nto a calmer\, more-regulated state. This class series will be a blend of 
 guided meditation\, embodiment practices\, awareness techniques\, breathwo
 rk\, sound therapy\, and nature connection. Each week\, Krista will guide 
 you through a practice where you learn different techniques so that you fe
 el empowered to continue to nurture your nervous system at home. An extra 
 bonus is that you can use them to co-regulate with your children\, partner
 s and other family members too!\n\nThis class is for anyone who is feeling
  exhausted\, stressed\, burnt out\, anxious\, overstimulated\, overwhelmed
 \, or simply craving rest and ease. No experience is needed to participate
  in this class.\n\nKrista is a yoga teacher\, a Niasziih Healing and Bodyw
 ork Practitioner\, and a Vocal Sound Healer passionate about guiding us ba
 ck home to our bodies\, each other\, the Earth and Spirit through sound\, 
 movement and contact.\n\nPlease bring a yoga mat\, water bottle\, journal 
 and writing utensil to this class.\n\nThere are only 10 spots available fo
