Welcome, my fellow Wildcrafter & World Weaver to this unique hands-on on earthskills event.
This offering is a spiritual gateway in guiding our body into relationship with earth materials and otherwise ancient ways. Each class is different, and each month has a theme and includes a wild foraged hot herbal tea to sip on
December: finger weaving with wool and making cordage from natural materials
January: basket making & making cordage from plant materials
February: plant cordage and earth pigments
Weaving unites all of our common ancestors, and is how they made sense of our world
Crafting and processing plant materials knits a closer relationship with the earth
We are creative beings, crafting in community promotes mental health and wellness, and is good for our souls. Each session includes an herbal tea foraged with plants local to our area and a brief lesson on its benefits.
The fee is $45 per drop-in or $65 to book and prepay for two classes at once https://
This series runs twice a month (feel free to come to one or both) and we will be held INDOORS in room #1 on the second floor at Hummingbird Healing Collective.
