DESCRIPTION:This Christmas\, give yourself the gift of self-care\, self-stu
 dy\, and preparation for a transformative new year. Join Ashley Nicole\, c
 ertified Yoga Therapist and Yoga and Meditation Teacher\, in honoring the 
 Winter Solstice with a candlelit experience including yin yoga\, meditatio
 n\, yoga nidra\, journaling\, and manifestation practices.\n\nThe change i
 n seasons never ceases to stir up intense emotions. This is not a coincid
 ence! As nature transforms\, we too can feel energetic shifts occurring wi
 thin and around us. Instead of allowing the shifts to throw us off kilter\
 , we can remain balanced by welcoming the new season with rituals\, body w
 ork\, and mindfulness.\nOn the eve of the Winter Solstice\, the darkest 
 and shortest day of the year\, we’re invited to honor the return of the
  light\, longer days ahead\, and the promise of new beginnings. In this w
 orkshop\, we will slow down\, soften\, and get quiet enough to connect wit
 h the inner light that shines deep within the darkest parts of ourselves.
  From that place\, we will begin to uncover our truest dreams\, desires\,
  and hopes for the future.\nWe will:\n\n- let go of anything from 2025 tha
 t no longer serves us\n- set intentions for 2026 to step confidently into 
 the new season and year ahead\n- release tension\, stress\, and old patter
