Join Ashley (certified yoga therapist C-IAYT and experienced yoga teacher RYT500) in this workshop that will include everything you need to massage the “whole” body, including the mind and the spirit: movement, deep stretching, meditation, essential oils, massage, and sound healing. We’ll begin with slow, gentle movement to warm up the joints and then sink into a luxurious Yin Yoga practice — long, supported stretches that melt away muscle tension and invite your body to soften. As you rest in each pose, enjoy intuitive massage to dissolve any lingering tightness. Be bathed in the soothing vibrations of Tibetan bowls and therapeutic essential oils, allowing the sounds and scents to engulf you and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.
The workshop is designed to activate all of your senses and bring you on a journey through your body to access your soul, elevate your state of consciousness, and leave you vibrating at a higher frequency. You will emerge feeling grounded, renewed, and blissfully at peace.
