This classs uses slow, gentle movement, with an emphasis on breath to connect the body, mind, and spirit.

We’ll begin with a relaxing warm-up to settle into the body, move into a short standing series, then head to the floor for several juicy restorative poses, and end the class with a long rejuvenating savasana.

This class is appropriate for students of all levels and ages, including beginners, seniors, and those with minor injuries.  Modifications will be offered throughout class. The use of props will be demonstrated and provided.

In all of my yoga and meditation classes, I create space for my students to open, strengthen, and stretch their bodies, minds, and spirits so they may access a feeling of deep connection and balance. I emphasize a continuous return to the breath for a meditative practice and always incorporate life lessons from spiritual and self-help texts, inspirational podcasts, or from my own personal learnings.
