
Join us on the evening of the Summer Solstice as we bring you a taste of what our Healing Collective has to offer. We designed a transcendent experience that will relax your body, calm your mind, and guide you into a more expansive state of consciousness.
The evening will start with gentle yoga, including somatic movements and breath work to help you loosen and soften. We’ll then drop into yin yoga poses to deeply release tight muscles and locked energy centers, and then sink into a long, luxurious savasana. During our yin, savasana, and meditation, you’ll receive massage, acupuncture, and intuitive sound & energy healing from our experienced healers at Hummingbird.
After moving, releasing, and opening up the physical body, meditation becomes almost automatic. This is where we’ll land – a seated meditation, allowing your spirit to soar.
Finally, you’ll be guided through a short journaling practice to help you connect to your intuition and integrate your experience.
