Forest Therapy/Bathing, Mindfulness Walks

w/ Wendie

A 1 1⁄2 guided meditative walk. Use your 5 senses to reconnect with nature. This helps to reduce blood pressure, lower cortisol ( stress hormone), and boost the immune system.

What to expect:

A slow walk in nature. You will be guided to See, Touch, Taste, Hear, and Smell the trees. There will be 5 stops along the way focusing on each one of the senses. What does nature say to you? How does it make you feel? You will pick up small rocks, sticks , leaves, etc to make your own personal mandala which will be joined together with the others. The walk will end with a tea ceremony to give thanks for what we have been taught and experienced.

Forest Therapy Session ( Group)
90 minute walk: $25 per person
Maximum 10 people

Forest Therapy Session ( Individual)
Individual walk tailored to meet specific health concerns
90 minute walk: $50
