In these meditation circles, take time for reflection in community to bring awareness to your self, your values, and your wishes.
Join the collective for a meditation series for deep reflection on your values in life as a step to prepare for death. Each session will dive into a different facet of life, death, and the connections that remain. By exploring these topics in a safe space and shared community, you have the opportunity for introspection on something that might feel too big to tackle on your own. As we break down life and death piece by piece, you are welcome to dive as deep into your mortality as you are comfortable with.
This series begins with “A Perfect Day”. Bonnie will guide you through your subconscious to a day spent just the way you want. Take this as an opportunity to pause from the day to day and breathe in some calm or go a step further and use what comes to mind as a first step towards understanding what makes a good death for you as an individual.
Bonnie Providence is an end of life doula whose practice focuses on breaking the taboo around death. By speaking openly and preparing in advance, Bonnie believes in an emotional insurance both as someone transitioning and for our loved ones after passing.
