Personal Tea Blending Session
I’ll prepare your tea blend and we’ll sip a cup together, taking time to make sure it feels right before you take your custom jar home. This is simple, personal herbalism. My clients have been pleasantly surprised at the benefits that a custom blend can bring to the body. I’m so looking forward to learning which plants are showing up for you.

About Sara
Sara K. Woll holds certifications in Integral Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Birth Doula Training and Herbalism. Everything she offers, from group classes to private sessions, begins with breath, includes tea and intends to reweave the village that holds us all.
Her weekly Yoga classes are appropriate for all levels and include practices that open the body, ease the mind and regulate the nervous system. Certified to teach Integral Yoga in 2002, Sara has led classes for children, women in pregnancy and students through their 90’s in Yoga studios, gyms, senior centers, schools, women’s shelters, and in the wilderness.
...more about Sara
While teaching Prenatal Yoga at a birth center in 2014, Sara began tending a Pregnancy Tea Garden and serving tea after classes. The women would share tea and stories after class and that circle grew to hold them during pregnancy, birth and into early parenting. Her studies of herbalism grew into Dreamtime Gardens; a Botanical Sanctuary she tends in Spring City, Pa and an herbal practice through which she connects people with plants. Sara offers Personalized Tea Blending Sessions, a service that includes mindful listening to both the client and the plants to create a custom, locally grown herbal tea blend in response to the person and the moment.
Bringing her offerings to Hummingbird Healing Collective feels like a birth, a threshold moment of creation after a long experience of tending and growing. Sara eagerly anticipates the community that will grow here as more folks practice Yoga together, drink tea together and more babies are born and she warmly invites you to come for a session or a class and to settle into your place in the village.
