The Spiritual Landscape Circle: Journey Into Your Spiritual Landscape
A monthly circle for deepening your conversation with the divine
How do you talk to the divine? How do you listen for an answer? This month, we explore guided imagery meditation: a gentle inner journey where the imagination becomes a doorway, and the divine can speak through image, symbol and feeling.
For centuries, mystics have understood the imagination as more than make-believe. It is one of the ways the soul perceives what the eyes cannot see. In this circle, you’ll learn how guided imagery works as a spiritual practice, then travel inward through a guided meditation into your own spiritual landscape, open to the images, messages or presence that meet you there. Afterward, we’ll gently bring what you received back into words.
This circle includes:
- Welcome, song and introductions
- A short teaching on guided imagery and listening to the divine
- A written reflection and sharing in small groups
- A guided imagery meditation
- Journaling to integrate what you received, and a closing reflection and blessing
No meditation experience needed. You can sit or lie down; bring a blanket or cushion if you’d like. Whatever comes, whether a vivid image or simply a sense of quiet, is welcome. Whether you’re just beginning or have a long-standing practice, you’ll find clear guidance and room to go deeper.
Made a sigil with me at Moonlight & Sage? Bring it along. We’ll open the circle by placing our sigils on a shared altar with a blessing.
