This offering is for mothers and their babies (0-6months) and for pregnant mamas too! You and your baby are welcome here just as you are.
During this event, Krista will guide the participants in a brief sharing circle, guided meditation and then bathe the participants in Reiki and vocal sound healing. This is a sacred time to connect and align with yourself and your little love in an energetic and nurturing way. Your only job is to be as cozy and snuggly as possible.
Reiki and sound healing are holistic and nourishing techniques that can help alleviate physical symptoms that your baby may be experiencing such as gas or colic, it tends to the mama’s body too and can help increase milk supply, alleviate uncomfortable pregnancy symptoms, and assist in recovery from c-sections, it helps bring both you and your baby into a calmer state and into co-regulation with one another, can alleviate stress and anxiety, and it absolutely can result in more peaceful night’s sleep.
Krista is a mother, Reiki Master and Sound Healer who enjoys tending to mothers so that they feel cared for, well-nourished, and well-resourced. Krista is passionate about guiding us back home to our bodies, each other, the Earth and Spirit so that we may experience deeper, more authentic, more intimate relationships and create enjoyable and fulfilling lives.
*Please bring whatever you need for you and your baby to be comfortable. We will be sitting or laying on the ground during this class, the choice is yours. We have backjacks, bolsters, blankets, yoga mats, and chairs available for use. Think snuggly!
