
This class is designed to teach you ways to make contact with your body and nervous system, and guide you out of a state of stress and into a calmer, more-regulated state. This class series will be a blend of guided meditation, embodiment practices, awareness techniques, breathwork, sound therapy, and nature connection. Each week, Krista will guide you through a practice where you learn different techniques so that you feel empowered to continue to nurture your nervous system at home. An extra bonus is that you can use them to co-regulate with your children, partners and other family members too!
This class is for anyone who is feeling exhausted, stressed, burnt out, anxious, overstimulated, overwhelmed, or simply craving rest and ease. No experience is needed to participate in this class.
Krista is a yoga teacher, a Niasziih Bodywork Practitioner and Niasziih Healing Practitioner passionate about guiding us back home to our bodies, each other, the Earth and Spirit so that we may experience deeper, more authentic, more intimate relationships and create enjoyable and fulfilling lives.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal and writing utensil to this class.
