As women, we are feeling and moving a lot through our bodies collectively right now. Come harness this energy and allow your passion, grief, rage, hope, and love to be heard through the expression of song.
During this event, Krista will guide the participants through a brief sharing circle, intention setting and embodiment practice and then teach the participants a few short songs (depending on time) that they will sing together. Come ignite the power of your voice and claim your embodied expression. (Singing experience is not required to attend this circle.)
Krista is a Niasziih Healing Practitioner and Vocal Sound Healer passionate about bringing people together through sound, movement and contact.
*Important Notes About This Event:
1.) This circle is LBGTQ+ inclusive.
2.) In order to protect the safety and integrity of our circle, this is also a 100% sober space. Please arrive sober (from any and all substances) and stay sober throughout the event.
3.) Please bring the following items with you to this event: water bottle and a mug for tea
