Community Wellness Walks
Being in Nature boosts our entire system. Our immune system, nervous system, our
mental, physical and emotional health. Being in nature Spiritually calls us into right
relationship with ourselves and with others.
We are of the Earth
Foster this relationship by returning to our precious wildspaces often. We are wired for
connection, the connection to the earth and to each other. Being a part of a community
promotes overall health and wellness. Join us for these bi-weekly “Wellness Walks”.
