Shamanic Niasziih
(Nia-zee-i)
w/ Lindsay Wallace
Niasziih translates to “the place of healing” and is a land based healing methodology
What if your body is its own landscape and has its own ecosystem? What if “to heal” is to learn how to navigate your landscape differently than before? Niasziih provides a unique way of listening to the body’s voice and navigates places of the unknown. The foggy or forbidden places are mysteries and I am here to re-orient yourself to yourself, over and over. Our bodies are sophisticated instruments, what if they aren’t actually broken? Our bodies speak in many ways, yes through verbal but in non-verbal and animistic ways as well.
Niasziih is a shamanic experience that brings the Earth and Creator into every session. The healer meets and follows the client and together moving at the edge of trust we get to the root of places, these “unturned rocks” beckon you into your own healing.
Clients often experience deep perspective shifts, epiphanies, relaxation or relief of their ailments, embodiment and a stronger sense of self, and powerful shifts that happen within days after a session

What is Niasziih?
Niasziih is a Lipan-Apache word and translates to “the place of healing”.
✦ A Niasziih healer has gone through years of personal healing to become “an empty vessel” whos body is now an instrument that can be used to serve others in finding their own place of healing.
✦ Niasziih prioritizes making deep contact with the Earth, the healer and the client. Through heightened abilities of awareness the healer is able to navigate the clients experience in a meaningful way
✦ Niasziih is its own methodology and does not use other defined techniques making this style of healing very unique and experiential.
✦ While Niasziih is a Lipan-Apache word, its methodology is not tied to any one culture. The Lipan-Apache people are native to the region that is currently known as Texas and Northern Mexico.

About Lindsay
My greatest passion is bringing others back to the earth and to foster a true sense of belonging with themselves, with their land and with others. My desire is to make genuine contact with my clients to create space for them to move differently than ever before. Some say my way of working, or my medicine is that I have a keen ability to track and to weave, to create perspective shifts and to expand awareness.
Some more about me: I have been trained in the Lipan-Apache way of tracking. I am a dedicated practitioner of ancient earth-skills and way of living. I am an ally of the Lenape people and am continually learning from them. I maintain a sweatlodge practice and ceremonial dance with deep gratitude to Joseph Rael’s teachings. I am a Forest School practitioner, an Artist, a Mother and I am a student of Wilderness Fusion, a 7-year program.
