During this event, Krista will lead the participants in a sharing circle, guided meditation, chakra cleansing and use her voice to guide the participants through an earthy and ethereal sound healing experience.
Please note that this is not your typical sound healing with bowls.
This is a sacred invitation to deepen your relationship with your inner earth, to connect with the rhythm and vibrations of your being, and to remember the song of your soul. This is a beautiful opportunity for deep rest, healing and transformation.
Krista is a teacher, Niasziih Healing and Bodywork Practitioner and the creator of Awaikin, which means “I am, You are, We are.” Krista is passionate about guiding us home to our bodies, each other, the Earth and Spirit through sound, movement, contact and healing work. Krista’s vision of healing and unity for our world is deeply rooted in her love for humanity, her care for the earth, and her devotion to the wisdom and medicine of the Earth Mother, Divine Feminine and the New Earth, which channels through her during this group experience.

3.) In order to protect the safety and integrity of our circle, this is also a 100% sober space. Please arrive sober (from any and all substances) and stay sober throughout the event.
