Strengthen and stretch your hips and core with Daoyin.
Daoyin, sometimes called Daoist yoga, is a meditative, gentle-flow practice that helps us harness our qi and replenish our essence. Movements, stretches, and breathwork come together to help us feel more connected to our bodies and the world around us.
Daoyin is a part of the Daoist tradition of self-cultivation and encourages practitioners to tap into both their physical and mental bodies.
In this class, we will be focusing on strengthening the core and opening the hips in order to help build our internal foundation.
- Please arrive a few minutes early to class
