Come ignite your primal power and claim your embodied expression!
As females, we are feeling and moving a lot through our bodies collectively right now and we are feeling the call to gather together in sacred ways. Come give your beating heart and pounding power a place to flow as you learn how to sync the communication of your body with the rhythmic resonance of your drum (or rattle.)
During this workshop, you will be guided through a brief women’s circle, intention setting and embodiment practice. Then you will learn how to connect with your own inner earth and let it speak through the expression of your drum. (No drumming experience needed to attend this class. You must bring your own drum or rattle.)

Krista is a Sacred Feminine Healer and Facilitator, Niasziih Healing and Bodywork Practitioner and Shamanic Sound Healer passionate about bringing people together through sound, movement, contact, intimacy and healing work.
